FTA Student does not collect, store, process, sell, rent, or share users’ personal or sensitive information.

The application does not require users to create a separate account within the app and does not collect information such as:

• Contacts, Photos or videos
• Camera or microphone data, SMS or call logs
• Financial or payment information
• Government identification, Health or biometric data
• Advertising information, Personal files or documents

2. Application Features

FTA Student provides access to the following features:

• User guides
• Educational or instructional videos
• Notifications and announcements
• FAHAD Tutors Academy website
• Online Portal
• Support through WhatsApp
• Terms and Conditions

Using these features does not require FTA Student to collect or store personal information directly through the application.

3. Notifications

FTA Student may display educational information, service updates, announcements, or other notifications.

Notifications are not used to collect personal information, track users, or deliver personalized advertising. Users can disable application notifications through their device settings.

4. External Websites and Online Portal

FTA Student may redirect users to the FAHAD Tutors Academy website or Online Portal.

FTA Student does not automatically transfer users’ personal information to these external pages. Any information voluntarily submitted by a user after opening the website or Online Portal will be handled according to the applicable website privacy policy and Terms and Conditions.

FTA Student provides an option to contact support through WhatsApp.
