Preferable Age:18 to 22 years
Proximity Preference: Candidates living near North Nazimabad will be preferred.

Job Description

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Address customer needs by fulfilling their requests and resolving their issues
- De-escalate situations with dissatisfied customers by offering patient and empathetic assistance.

Job Responsibilities

- Proficiency in spoken English (Preferable)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Maintain a patient, empathetic attitude when dealing with customers
- Work with the team to ensure overall customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,000 - Rs35,000 per month
(Plus commission, bonuses & leaves encashments)
